Sharon Van Etten’s ‘Seventeen’ New #1 In The Loop

New Jersey songwriter Sharon Van Etten is the new number one in our loop with ‘Seventeen,’ her evocative song about teenage memories, third single from her excellent fifth studio album ‘Remind me Tomorrow.’

Following her closely are Lizzo‘s irresistibly soulful ‘Juice,’ LA indie rockers Cherry Glazerr with ‘Wasted Nun;’ Californian alt-folk songwriter Cass mcCombs with ‘The Great Pixley Train Robbery’ and the Danish noise-pop of Lowly with their haunting new single ‘Baglaens.’

The Loop Is Feeling Martha’s Heart

New week, new edition of the loop and a brand new number one by British DIY indie punks Martha, all the way from the village of Pity Me in the North East Of England with their infectious ‘Heart Is Feeling,’ first taster from their forthcoming third album which they will (hopefully) be presenting live as part of this year’s Madrid Popfest on 22-23 March at the Sala Galileo Galilei.
