The Cocteau Twins legacy lives again in Simon Raymonde’s new venture Snowbird; his collaboration with singer/songwriter Stephanie Dorsen. Their first single together, ‘Porcelain’, tops the latest edition of our chart and confirms their collaboration as one of the albums to look forward to in 2014.
In a bumper edition for female artists, Neneh Cherry‘s return teaming up with Four Tet is the week’s highest entry, Solange; Marissa Nadler, Emily Jane White and the Jarvis Cocker penner new track by Clare Maguire are other strong debuts.
