Film Rober Awards 2010:…And The Rober Goes To:

After enduring the worst Oscar Ceremony we can recall, it is finally time to reveal the results of our annual poll as well as announce our Official Film Awards for 2010.

BLACK SWAN has been the undisputable winner of this year’s Robers after being the most voted in six categories at our poll and scooping three official awards, including best Picture and Director in both.

Other Poll multiple winners were THE KING’S SPEECH; CHICO & RITA; INCEPTION and UNDERTOW, earning two each.

The Official Awards were far more distributed, with, apart from the swan, only ANOTHER YEAR; BLUE VALENTINE and EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP earning more than one award.

True Grit maintained the curse of its snub at the Academy awards and, despite being the second most nominated film, ended up also empty handed.
